As the premier credit consumer advocacy group, we assist individuals that are experiencing financial hardship and/or fraud in dealing with banks, credit unions, financial institutions, collection agencies, debt buyers and attorneys.

With over 26 years of cumulative experience in working at banks, credit unions, financial institutions, collection agencies, debt buyers and attorneys, we know how to deal with these entities and have intricate knowledge of their shortfalls and strengths.

Knowledge of credit is not learned in high school or college and frequently it is not until you have problems that you start to better understand how the process works. Where did you learn about credit? Our experience allows us to provide correct, educated, practical answers and/or solutions to your unique situation. Though the options will be presented to you, only you decide the best route to take to resolving (or not) your issues.

We are knowledgeable as to how the law works in your favor and how banking regulations protect you. By using the two aforementioned tools we are able to effectively and legally aid you in resolving your credit issues.
